We love our futon! It arrived within 3 days of purchase which really helped out as we urgently needed to provide an extra bed at short notice!

We unwrapped it in the garden (they were carefully carried in by the delivery team- 2 people) we let the base and the futon mattress to sit under the sun for a few hours before carrying it inside the house. I must say, a sun kissed futon is so comfy.

When we brought it into the house, initially we thought of putting it in the room as a couch when not used as a bed, but then decided to rather put it in as a day bed which is alot easier and quicker to change to a bed and looks super stylish!

We loved using it as a day bed to watch movies with our child and then to sleeping in the bed right after the movie. It's also great for my child as the base is low so rolling off the bed is not really an issue.

All communications and instructions were efficiently handled by Duncan. It was a great online purchasing experience.

We deliver anywhere in South Africa and our delivery lead times are unmatched by any other futon sellers in the country.

Joburg, Durban and Pretoria 2-3 working days for delivery
Cape Town 3-4 working days for delivery
All other areas are 4-5 working days for delivery

Deliveries are made by our designated courier and are out of our immediate control (outsourced transporters). The above lead times are typical but may be affected by issues such as road closures, road works and other factors out of our control. Please provide an address where there will be someone present throughout the day to receive your delivery.

After receipt of order, your delivery will take between 2-5 working days, as this is dependent on stock and your area of delivery. Your Sales Consultant will keep you up to date in this regard and should there be any delays we will advise accordingly. Should you require your order within a specific time frame we suggest you contact us before placing your order to ensure we are able to meet your requirements. Waybill details will be sent to you once your order is ready to be dispatched.

After dispatching your order, we will immediatly send you a tracking code from our courier. You will use this code to track your order and check the delivery status.
